Decent, moral people will root for Iran to hold the line against a Satanic confederacy, Israel in the lead, seeking the fragmentation and Gazafication of Iran and Lebanon.

To that end, President Donald Trump had convened “hucksters and shysters” to head his diplomatic corps to the Middle East and beyond, Iran included. In the commission of the greatest Sins known to Man, the “populist” president had recruited billionaires to his White House, who also happen to be Israel-first fixers and assets. Like their boss, both Trump’s point “men” are regarded as “Israeli assets,” as “one Gulf diplomat with knowledge of the talks” told The Guardian, on March 17.

This, the president, to whom Bibi Netanyahu’s word is law, did with a purpose, the outcome of which is in evidence:

The final and full Israelization of the American military, and the attempted Gazafication of Iran and Lebanon. The “Gaza doctrine applied to a new front,” concludes Jonathan Whittall, a humanitarian and fellow South African. “And the American state is in compliance, providing firepower and striving to finally and fully Israelize the American military.”

The crime of aggression is “the supreme international crime” in international customary law. Why so? Because “it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.” The aggression is not only “a crime against the state that is attacked,” but it is “a crime against individuals who are killed or harmed as a result of war.”

Think “accumulated evil” when you look at Trump, a “second-rate gangster who strove to be Bibi Netanyahu” and has finally and fully arrived.

Without half trying, Trump has made us all confederates in Israel’s crimes. The Israel-US criminal regimes are in contravention of the laws of war, and the Charter of the United Nations—Articles Two and 51, in particular—by which “armed force” shall not be deployed against “the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of another State.”

For reasons obvious, the twinned Trump-Netanyahu regimes are also an affront to God’s law, the Ten Commandments—according to which you must not covet or murder—and the natural justice, subsumed within which is the libertarian law. The latter pivots on the universal injunction against unprovoked aggression, not on the “national interest fiat standard.” 

Most of all, this obtains “regardless of a declaration of war”! In other words, the murderous parliamentary procedures and protocols of Israel or the US do not usurp eternal codes of morality and ethics. Codified or uncodified, all laws that govern the comity between the community of nations and uphold individual rights have been trashed by the US-Israel coalition of evil.

By rights, Iran then is not only expected to defend its people—but to defend them against any “State [that] allows its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State [USA] for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State [Iran].” By the letter of the law, Iran is fighting fair when it targets the Persian Gulf states, from which attacks on the Iranian people are staged.

These eternal universal laws have been sundered by two rogue, nuclear powers, whose nuclear proliferation is undeclared and unsupervised. Obscenely, the US and Israel have justified their attack on a third state [Iran] that has no nukes and has not initiated war in centuries, by invoking nuclear control and non-proliferation, comments Craig Mokhiber.

This is enough to make one gag.

Trump’s team of choice gave tone to all negotiation proceedings. The Three Amigos—Trump and his Israel-first fixers—have recruited America into their unbridled barbarism. In progress is a system of plunder developed by this coterie. Don’t, however, let the sweep of destruction they leave in their wake fool you. Trump and his loyalists are amassing fortunes. So too are sons Odai and Qusai making money hand over fist.

The one oaf sent abroad to “represent,” Steve Witkoff, is an old pal of the president. A real estate developer and investor, the man knows less than nothing about most things, the world of stocks and bonds excepted.

As we know, Trump is economical with the truth. Like him, Witkoaff has told lies right and left. About the long-suffering, patient, genial Iranian negotiators—a class act if ever there was one—he piled up a heap of lies to a receptive media:

“There’s almost no stopping them; they have an endless supply of [enriched uranium] … They thought they could strong-arm us. … It was very, very clear that it was — it was going to be impossible, probably by the second meeting…

They bragged about having 60% enriched fuel, enough for 11 bombs,” Witkoaff prattled on elsewhere to reporters seven days into the conflict. “They told me and Jared, ‘We’re not going to give you diplomatically what you couldn’t take militarily.’ So you know, I think they’re gonna need a change of attitude. …In a year, if you had someone who didn’t have the courage to do this action, you’d have 30 or 40 nuclear bombs,” Witkoaff crowed in an interview with CNBC on Tuesday.”

Swap family names and place names with current names and place names—and my description of the ramp-up to the onslaught on Iraq obtains today as well as it did in July of 2003 (minor adaptations are italicized):

Reducing this administration’s single-minded will to war to an erroneous report ignores the big picture. First came the decision to go to war. The misbegotten illegality that was this administration’s case for war followed once the decision to go to war had already been made. The administration’s war wasn’t about a few pieces that did not gel in an otherwise coherent framework; it wasn’t about an Iran that was poised to attack the U.S. with germs and chemicals rather than with nukes and missiles; it was about a resigned, hungry, economic pariah that was a sitting duck for the power-hungry American colossus.
By all means, dissect and analyze what, in September 2002, I called the ‘lattice of lies’ leveled at Iran: the uranium from Africa, the aluminum tubes from Timbuktu, the invisible ‘meetings’ with al-Qaida in Prague, an al-Qaida training camp that existed under Kurdish—not Iranian—control, as well as the alleged weaponized chemical and biological stockpiles and their attendant delivery systems that inspectors doubted were there and which never materialized.
But then assemble the pieces and synthesize the information, will you? Do what the critical mind must do. The rational individual, wedded to reality, reason, and objective, non-partisan truth saw Trump’s sub-intelligent case for war on Iran for what it was. He saw Trump as the poster boy for ‘the degeneracy of manner and morals’ which James Madison warned war would bring—the same ‘bring ’em on’ grin one can also observe on the face of a demented patient with end-stage syphilis. The rational individual saw all this, and understood that when Madison spoke of ‘war as the true nurse of executive aggrandizement,’ he was speaking of the disposition of this dictator, Trump.” (“Bush’s 16 Words Miss The Big Picture,” Ilana Mercer, July 16, 2003.)

The difference: Trump’s “degeneracy of manner and morals” was already on display in Gaza. “Genocide was Trump’s gateway crime.” Like the vanquishing of Venezuela, the assault on Iran should’ve been easily foreseen by devotees of the codes of justice aforementioned.

The drift of events being what it is; Wittkoaff is begging Iran “to resume talks.” According to reliable pipelines, the worn and wary Iranians now ignore Wittkoaff’s desperate texts.

The other oaf involved is Jared Kushner, Trump’s “best friend and his son-in-law.”

Initially, Trump had puled about being doubly indebted to Kushner. Kushner, Trump had insisted, was the brain trust of his administration, who “was giving [him] ‘valuable expertise’ on Iran while … working as an ‘informal, unpaid advisor.’” Genuflection has since turned to bitching. Still impenitent himself, Trump now concedes that the war on Iran is a result of Kushner’s “expertise,” “because Kushner told me,” quotes Haaretz.

To Israel, Trump has offered nothing but service and subservience. Yet in 2011/12, Netanyahu, then a defense minister, with Prime Minister Ehud Barak in tow, tried to impose the Iran “ticking-clock deadline” on Barack Obama. We’re attacking, he and Ehud Barak threatened. They failed. Subject to the same Israeli shakedown tactics, even President Biden managed to steel himself. Biden refused to “support an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities or oil installations.”

In his devotion to Israel, Trump has bested Biden, a senile, creedal Zionist.

As expected, in amoral Israel, state and civil society, there is no rankle of conscience. Ninety-three percent of Jewish-Israelis love the assault on Iran. The country operates outside all moral gravitational pull, its finest are currently transmitting footage of the trashing of Lebanese lives and land.

Clearly, to Israel’s unbridled barbarism, America has responded by joining in. Trump has naturalized the idea of conquest, ethnic cleansing; genocide and mass murder.

American forces are strafing Iran’s cities and civilians à la Israel—and in coordination with that odious entity. Like Israel, America is giddy over the prospects of illegally and immorally assassinating those Iranian leaders who heroically volunteer to succeed their many colleagues assassinated. Vulgarly, emulating the Israelis, the US State Department has placed a $10 million bounty on the head of supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei, whose father they murdered.

It all has a kind of yeehaw quality to it.

Big Daddy Beelzebub and the “Synagogue of Satan” (Jesus’ words, not mine, in Revelation 2:9 and 3:9) are crass, boorish entities. Countries and cabals whose philosophy is plunder hate refinement and cultivation in others. That Ali Larijani certainly was. A mathematician, computer scientist, PhD in philosophy with an interest in Kant: murdered! What a waste. President Masoud Pezeshkian “has confirmed ‘the cowardly assassination’ of Esmaeil Khatib, Iran’s Intelligence Minister and others: On the homes of the commander of the Basij and the head of the Basij intelligence directorate Israel dropped bombs, for the IDF is an air force, not a fighting force. (To a man, the Israeli Air Force should be served with subpoenas to the Hague.) Murdered too was the spokesperson of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Two (alleged) omissions are noteworthy in the inexhaustive Wikipedia list of Israeli assassinations since 1956: The one dated November 22, 1963; the other occurred on September 10, 2025. 

Americans are now also party to Israel’s chemical warfare, a particularly dastardly war crime prohibited under international humanitarian law. Israel illegally spews banned chemical weapons—white phosphorous—over land across the Levant.

Iranians are thus “gasping for air,” inhaling “airborne crude,” following Israeli airstrikes on “major oil depots and infrastructure in Tehran neighborhoods … as well as in the nearby city of Karaj.” The sky is a blackened dome. The rain has turned acid. Trump’s dissembling  notwithstanding, the airstrikes on the South Pars Gas Field in Iran were, too, a joint, Israel-US effort. Operation Epstein Fury has seen the dropping of “5,000-pound deep penetrator munitions on Iranian missile sites along Iran’s coastline near the Strait of Hormuz,” because, “How dare Iran defend its sovereignty.”

According to UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, 3.2 million Iranians have been displaced. “At least 10,000 residential homes have been damaged or completely destroyed,” all courtesy of the Epstein Alliance. “US forces have struck more than 5,000 targets in Iran since last Saturday.” In all, said Trump’s mini-Israeli Pete Hegseth, “over 15,000 targets have been hit in Iran, while the Iranian Red Crescent reports strikes on over 21,700 civilian sites.” At least 1,444 people have been killed and 18,551 injured by US-Israeli attacks on Iran since February 28, Iran’s Health Ministry says.

With the acquiescence of the collaborator Lebanese government, Israel has murdered more than 1000 of its citizens, amid ongoing airstrike assaults on Lebanon’s infrastructure, a crime to which Israel’s defense minister has copped. With one million people displaced,” Lebanon is nearing “breaking point,” reports Drop Site News.

Since writing the previous paragraph, the number of murdered Iranians has risen to 1500. All figures curated above are already obsolete. Understand: This is in the nature of the serial-killer state and its pathetic, perfidious American poodle.

Fact: Israel poses a grave existential threat to its neighbors! As if the enormity of this threat is not terrifying enough—Iran (Lebanon and Yemen) must now contend with a distinctly flippant approach taken in the West by “credentialed” elites (and some stellar people, inadvertently) in discussing the possibility that Israel might use tactical nuclear weapons on its victims. 

Predictions, classifications, derivations, etiologies: Man has always performed these mental operations. However, the war gaming going on under the guise of military scholarship is both repulsive and dangerous, given the “place of massive impunity” that has been carved out for Netanyahu and his complicit countrymen. As I see it, the gaiety someone like Robert Pape affects, while huffily flogging his war-on-Iran predictions, comes under the “Ugly American” category.

As a method of war, as a military doctrine, Israel is conducting annihilatory campaigns with the intent to bring about the disintegration of Iran as a functioning, sovereign state capable of defending itself. An ideal Iran, from rogue state Israel’s perspective, is a place to which Israeli “fighter” pilots “can return every six months to ‘mow the grass.’” (See Double Down News)

Heightened by American collaboration with a genocidal entity; flippant, morally debased exchanges are a consequence of decreased public and pundit sensitivities to all this legalized crime.

The use of tactical nuclear weapons must be decried with the lash of logic, not logistics, and in clear moral language. Protest, rather than prattle to show how much you know or how predictive your war gaming is.

While Col. Douglas McGregor had underestimated the age of the pre-Christian Persian civilization by a few thousand years during an interview; the colonel is commended for dubbing Iran “a civilizational nation.” In Iran, the Axis of Epstein, whose combined age is 327 years, is trying to destroy a civilization 6000 to 8000 years old. Pray they fail.

In January of 2020, Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian major general, was assassinated by a U.S. drone air strike, at the Baghdad International Airport (BIAP). Soleimani was traveling with one Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, who was an Iraqi, born and bred. Al-Muhandis was even elected to the Iraqi Parliament, in 2005, until the U.S. intervened. (Yes, we intervene in other nations’ elections.)

At the time, Iraq’s caretaker prime minister, Adel Abdul Mahdi, was furious, denouncing “What happened [as] a political assassination.” Unanimously, Iraqi lawmakers “responded to the Soleimani assassination by passing a nonbinding resolution calling on the government to end foreign-troop presence in Iraq.”

Yes, it’s a complicated region. And America, sad to say, still doesn’t know Shia from Shinola.

The consensus in our country was, still is, that “Soleimani deserved to die.” That was the party-line on Fox News—and beyond. It’s how assorted commentators on all networks prefaced their “positions” on the Jan. 3 killing of this Iranian general.

Even Tucker Carlson—at the time the only mainstream hope for Old Right, anti-war, America-First columns like this one—framed the taking out of Soleimani as the killing of a bad guy by good guys:

“There are an awful lot of bad people in this world. We can’t kill them all, it’s not our job.”

However you finesse it, the premise of Tucker’s assertion is that the American government, and the smart set who live in symbiosis with it, gets to adjudicate who’s bad and who’s good in the world.

The debate is only ever over whether the U.S. government should or shouldn’t act on its divine rights as transnational judge, jury and executioner, never over what’s right and what’s wrong.

Stateside, the only inquiry permissible is a cost-benefit calculus. Will the assassination of Soleimani, a military official of a sovereign state, and an avid and effective slayer of Islamic State terrorists—pay strategic dividends for America in the long run?

This is crass pragmatism bereft of principle. It’s on display everywhere, surfacing on BBC News, where a female analyst, an American, was deploying the childish “bad man” meme to outline America’s Disneyfied foreign policy.

This angels-and-demons production always starts with the prototypical evil dictator who was alleged to be messing with his noble people, until the avenging, angelic empire sent a drone to the rescue.

Again, even Tucker, whose antiwar credentials in recent years have been impeccable, had conceded that this Soleimani guy probably needed killing, which is the same thing Iraqis old enough to remember America’s destruction of Iraq, circa 2003, would say about President George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld and Ms. Rice.

So, who’s right? Or, is blind patriotism predicated on accepting that it is up to the U.S. government and its ruling elites to determine who lives and who dies around the world?

“Soleimani deserved to die,” an atavistic bit of jingoism made by Republicans and Democrats alike on Fox News and on CNN—it holds true only if you believe that the U.S. government is the keeper of the flame of an immutably just, universal code of law, which it is deputized to uphold, wherever it takes-up residence.

Such a chauvinistic impulse is true only if you believe that the U.S. government’s might gives it the right to be universal judge, jury and executioner, deciding who may live and who must die the world over.

As to whether the U.S. government has a right to eliminate an Iranian state actor by declaring him a “terrorist”:

Like it or not, Soleimani was a uniformed official of a sovereign state. He was the equivalent of our Special Operations commander.

We Americans would not tolerate it were Iranians to designate America’s Special Operations commander—then it was Gen. Richard D. Clarke—a terrorist.

Moreover, if Iranians took out America’s Special Ops commander somewhere in North America—which is analogous to the assassination of Soleimani—Americans would consider it an act of war by Iran.

Soleimani was the commander of the Revolutionary Guards’ clandestine and regional operations arm, the Quds Force. Iranians looked upon him as we Americans view the commanders of our clandestine Special Operations forces the world over.

With a distinction: Our Special Operations forces and their command encroach on the Iranian neighborhood much more so than Iranians and their special force command encroach on American territory, unless you consider the Middle East to be American turf.

To repeat: The crucial difference between Iran’s Quds Force and America’s Special Operations Forces (SOF) is that the former is regional, the latter global.

In 2020, when Gen. Soleimani was murdered, America’s SOF, upwards of 8,300 commandos, were engaged in secret operations the world over. Unknown to all but a few Americans, “U.S. commandos deploy to 149 countries—about 75 percent of the nations on the planet,” reports investigative journalist Nick Turse. It was expected that by the halfway mark of the year 2020, “U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM or SOCOM), America’s most elite troops, will have already carried out missions in approximately 133 countries.”

“If Iran should not be allowed to interfere in neighboring countries,” pondered Sara, an Iranian mourner interviewed at Soleimani’s million-strong funeral, “why should Americans be allowed to come to our region all the way from the other side of the Earth?”

Correction: Soleimani patrolled only Iran’s very dangerous neighborhood. His mission was far more modest and nationalistic than that of the U.S. government, which bestrides the globe, arming and training foreign troops all over it.

Unlike America’s proxy militias, Iranian-supported resistance militia operate in the region.

As to the “imminent danger” a single individual, Soleimani, was said to have posed to “American lives”: Arrayed against the veracity of the intelligence to that effect are Republican Sens. Mike Lee and Rand Paul. They characterized the “imminent danger” intel briefing as positively “insulting”; “the worst briefing” they had received.

No wonder. The intelligence was produced and pushed by the same spooks who had been agitating against President Trump and all vestiges of his original “America First” plank.

The intel justification for the Soleimani assassination came from the same intelligence community that cooked up the anti-Trump Russia monomania and the WMD-in-Iraq casus belli.

These disgraced sources were insisting that Soleimani was planning future, precision strikes—nefarious atrocities against U.S. soldiers—and, therefore, needed to be dispatched right away.

However, other more credible sources, including Rand Paul’s dad, allude to Soleimani’s involvement in a diplomatic mission which was underway between Iraq, Iran and Saudi Arabia, and would have cut out the U.S. as middleman.

Skepticism aside, when we accept U.S. state aggression based on iffy, prior-restraint arguments, then aggress we can ad absurdum. Consider: Between 1975 and 2015, Saudi Arabian Sunnis murdered 2369 Americans in the homeland, to Iran’s zero. When it comes to the lives of American civilians, at least in recent decades, the Saudis (Trump’s BFFs), not the Iranians, have blood on their hands.

Based on the erroneous prior-restraint reasoning, and our putative, divine American rights as judge, jury and executioner—we could confine all Saudi-Arabian Sunnis to camps, for the purpose of “reeducation.” It’s what China is doing to its Muslim minority.

Preposterous!

So as to survive the onslaught of the Sunni fundamentalist majority, the endangered Alawite minority in Syria had formed an alliance with Shia Iran, also a marginalized minority within the Ummah. The Shia-Alawite alliance had been good for Christians in Syria.

Despite a campaign of “America First,” and much like the Bushes, Clintons and Biden before him, President Trump—he doesn’t give a dried camel’s hump about Christians or American casualties—has decided to side with the Middle East’s Sunni while demonizing its Shia.

Trump, credentialed member of the Epstein Elites, cares not a whit about the Goyim who die for Israel nor the shiksas who mourn them ~ilana 

I’m thinking that Iran should have—could still—go heavy on Israel, but not on their neighbors. And not on the US. The reasons I say this are as follows:

First the US: Iran cant’s significantly hurt the United States of America. It’s obvious.

Our Epstein Elites, running their mouths and running the war, are impervious to morality, decency; to fairness, and to the costs of their unending, insatiable aggression. (The crime of aggression is considered the supreme crime in international law. The natural law and libertarian law are agreed.)

Over time, the US Epstein Elites have accrued wealth and power so obscene, so ill-gotten that they are able to have a say over the livelihoods and lives of their subjects, stateside and the world over. Wars and catastrophic events serve as ruses through which power is centralized. Of note is the consolidation of power and wealth that COVID afforded these elites. (More about the precedent-setting violations of individual rights in my book about Deep Tech, Deep Pharma and the Aberrant Economy.) Covid and genocide. Genocide was Trump’s gateway crime.

Yes, we are subjects of the Israeli-American Epstein Elites. And nothing will sway the Orange Entity, his formal accomplices stateside, nor his unofficial accomplices, Trump’s Jewish-Israeli billionaire handlers. Nothing. Nonchalantly, Bibi’s bitch told America that he anticipates losing American men in his war of choice on Iran (for Israel). The price is worth it, he suggested.

In the service of Israel, American lives are Trump’s to dispatch. These are Goyim, as Epstein and friends refer to non-Jews. So what does Trump care if the shiksas mourn the Goyim. (Shiksa is a non-Jewish girl or woman. It’s the female for Goy, and it is as offensive.)

The same goes for the Democrats. I don’t have to tell you that Genocide Joe and all his Democrats—from AOC to Pelosi—smoothed the way in normalizing genocide in Gaza, “because Israel.”

As ugly as this reality is; The US Epstein Elites, our overlords, are too big, too evil, too resolute to be subject to influence or pain. They’re untouchable, impervious. They’re not subject to the ordinary schedules of reinforcement and punishment to which even Europe’s and England’s Epstein Elites have reacted. There was residual shame expressed in resignations and attempted suicides that took place across The Pond.

America’s Epstein Class has no shame. It thrives, in power, independent of the influence of ordinary folks like you and me. We appear incapable of dislodging the Class that rules us.

So, Iran is wasting time and scarce resources in trying to punish Little Satan (America). Am I biased? Of course. Naturally, I don’t want Iranians to punish our hapless soldiers, my countrymen, even though the patient Iranians are well within their right to so do.

I come now to the Gulf States, which Iran is pummeling—and not only US installations, but facilities and installations across the region:

I say this with weary contempt: When it comes to the elites of the Persian Gulf countries; it’s literally the case of, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” Yes, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait, etc., they host US forces and all the support structure of war. But they are puppet states, vassals. They are in thrall to the Anglo-American-Israeli axis. Intractably so. Gulf State leaders lie supine at the feet of the Epstein Elites of America and Israel.

A genocide of their brethren has not moved them; a few bombs—depleting Iran’s arsenal of short- and medium-range ballistic missiles—will not change the morally bankrupt Arab bloc. It is without fortitude. Restoring proud pan-Arab resistance is a long-term project.

The advice to layoff the Gulf states also comports with Iranian character revealed in the country’s conduct so far. Iranians are a patient and planful people.  Moreover, there might be some leverage and goodwill generated for Iran in forgiving its foolish, feckless dictator neighbors, especially since the peoples of the Gulf States are with Iran and Palestine.

For maximum impact, scarce resources are better deployed against Israel.

First, going all in against Israel is just. Israel is responsible for the wars of aggression on Iran and in the region. Israel’s trademark terrorism, psychological and military operations, is aimed at eliminating Iranian sovereignty and unity. Plainly, Israel wants to dissolve the Islamic Republic. Since Iran has always supported the Palestinians, always helped the Resistance; Israel wants to ensure Palestine ceases to enjoy this crucial backing. “Iran, for the most, is being punished for its support for the Palestinians.”

As Israel sees it, the Arab Peninsula and the Levant must bow not toward Mecca and Medinah but to the Mad Dog Medinah (מְדִינָה is country in Hebrew). Regional submission is achieved by reducing the region to rubble, on any pretense and at every turn, and making it utterly dependent financially on America, which itself is, as we now know, in thrall to Israel. American blood and treasure are enabling and subsidizing Israeli evil.

At bottom, Israel doesn’t want educated, erudite neighbors; equals with whom to make magic in the region; they want subjects they can sanction and slaughter into submission.

It’s in the nature of the beast. Israel is never a peace-maker; it’s an annihilator. Vampiric Israel has already vowed to murder the successor of Iran’s spiritual leader. If not taught a lesson, this pox upon the nations will continue murdering little girls like Zahra, the granddaughter of the late Ayatollah Ali Khamanei,* RIP, martyred alongside her grandpa.

The 1979 Iranian Revolution took decision-making away from Tel-Aviv and returned it to Tehran. Israel wants that reversed.

Not that Israel needs a reason to war—but more so than a war of aggression for regime change, Israel’s sneak attacks on Iran, in June 2024 and now, are meant to eliminate Iran as we know it.

As we saw, when Iran hit Israel in retaliation for its aggression in June of 2024, Israelis whimpered and wailed their eternal victimhood. How did the world respond? It told Israel, essentially, to “talk to the hand; because the face isn’t listening.” That’s a hip-hop expression for go pound sand.

Yes, Israelis are cowards. Not “Roaring Lions,” which is what they’ve dubbed their war of aggression on Iran. Like sewer rats, they scurry into their well-fortified shelters, stomp their hideous chant, “The nation of Israel lives,” עם  ישראל חי, and salivate for news of innocents murdered. While most Americans oppose the Israel-Trump war on Iran, most Israelis welcome it, according to the Wall Street Journal and the Jewish Insider.

Finally, the Western foreign-policy establishment—aka the whoring and warring Global Epstein Elites—does not believe that patriotism, nationalism, and fellow-feeling exist among groups outside the West. To them, the valiant military intervention of the Houthis and Hezbollah on behalf of the Palestinians (still massacred daily with Western approval) is at the behest of their Iranian puppet masters.

As this mindset goes, only “soldiers” of the West act in solidarity with their people.

I want to quote for you the words of Iran’s late spiritual leader, Ayatollah Khamanei, days before his martyrdom, words that are practically impossible to retrieve from Google, gatekeeper of the Epstein Elites.

Unlike the sewer rats, the Ayatollah refused to descend below ground. He said:

“I have a disabled body. I have a little bit of dignity, which you the people have given me.” I put all this on the line, ready to sacrifice everything, for my faith and for my people. He then led the crowd in prayer.

Contrast the Ayatollah’s transcendent message with the words of the degenerate in DC, on Saturday last:

“The lives of courageous American heroes may be lost, and we may have casualties. That often happens in war.” As news of our fallen broke, Trump followed-up by boasting about his gaudy, vulgar, gilded White House ballroom to be.

Every common criminal and serial offender knows the tactic. Israel is copping a plea. Its pleading to a lesser charge. In the lexicon of crime, what Israel is currently doing is called plea bargaining. Israel is copping to a lesser charge with respect to the number of Palestinians dead and disappeared by its death squads in Gaza.

Nothing if not cunning, the Israelis know just how reliably compliant the West’s pundits are. At least those who did time in mainstream media. As an example take the celebration among some self-styled independent media of the fact that Israel’s military now admits that 70,000 souls were murdered in Gaza.

Nothing Israel does is uncalculated. The “genocidal entity” knows full well that the number of murdered (and maimed) Ghazzawi is many times higher. So, Israel cops to what is, in reality, the lesser charge. Every common criminal and serial offender knows the tactic.

Moron media fail to comprehend that Israeli leadership is copping to a lesser charge with the intent to sustain Israel’s international impunity.

The dumb, non-dissident media are reflexively offering Israel a plea bargain in advance. “You can’t fix stupid,” said one Texas funny man. “There is not a pill you can take or a class you can go to. Stupid is forever.”

On top of that, since Israelis keep killing and destroying as the fancy takes them;  the 70,000 plea-bargained figure, readily accepted by the Israeli perpetrators who are still on the lam, is no longer valid. Even that erroneous undercount, reported by CNN too, is outdated. Late in December of 2025, OCHA had counted 70,668; Haaretz 71,000. 

In fact, as far back as June 26, 2025, Nir Hasson, writer for Haaretz, announced that, “Yes, in Gaza about 100,000 human beings were already killed.” Later, in the Hebrew edition of July 18, Haaretz featured an op-ed by a “University of London” expert in the assessment of the casualties of “war” (“genocide is not war”), who  admitted that “Yes, in Gaza about 100,000 human beings had already been killed.”

After that, on November 25, 2025, the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (MPIDR) proclaimed that “the current violent death toll” in Gaza likely exceeded 100,000. While their underestimation is already invalid for obvious reasons; at least the “great” scientific minds of the Max Planck Institute understand that the situation in Gaza is … fluid.

With the pomp of officialdom, the MPIDR and the Centre for Demographic Studies (CED) had proffered that the death toll in Gaza, which this lot appears to attribute to the inchoate forces of “armed conflict and political instability,” will keep rising and life expectancy will continue to sharply decline.

How does one even respond? An inelegant Dah? An eye roll? I’ll go one better:

Why don’t we all settle down and wait for the “legitimate” Piers Moron Media, in their infinite wisdom, to remind us that before the serial-killer state can be named and implicated in the homicide of hundreds-of-thousands of Palestinians; the “evidence” in Gaza must be carefully bagged and tagged, and fingerprints lifted from each and every corpse.

More seriously, one might inform the misguided simpleton media and the MPIDR that their belated undercounts were preceded by others like them months ago. Nir Hasson aforementioned. And before Haaretz came The Lancet.

Ten months into the genocide, in July of 2024, The Lancet, an august British medical journal, pegged the direct and indirect casualties of Israel’s industrial-scale mass murder in Gaza at around 186,000, then. Look around you now at Gaza’s landscape and the spectral souls who’re now confined to the western half of the tiny enclave. (The demonic Israel Defense Forces have bisected the Strip, occupied the east, and are surreptitiously stealing western Gaza.)

In 2024, Airwars (via “Bearing Witness – Gaza,” by Lee Mordechai, historian and Israeli citizen, July 5, 2025), “An independent non-profit that collects data on violent conflict worldwide,” suggested that “by almost every metric, the harm to civilians from the first month of the Israeli campaign in Gaza is incomparable with any 21st century air campaign. It is by far the most intense, destructive, and fatal conflict for civilians that Airwars has ever documented. … One expert claimed Israel’s war on Gaza may have been the fastest case of killing 1% of the population in the 21st century, and the death of 2% of the population [at that stage] placed the Gaza conflict among the five most lethal conflicts in the 21st century.”

Make that 12 percent of the population.

The Airwars report hails from 2024. On the ground, always beyond reproach; the Euro-Med Monitor observers reported, in November of 2025, that 12 percent of Gaza’s Palestinians has been murdered, disappeared or detained.

From the evidence I had collected since early November of 2023—I felt it not imprudent to deduce then that, twelve months on, we’d be speaking of the following distinct possibility: By the time the Israeli serial killers are cajoled into stopping the carnage, there could be at least 250,000, maybe more, direct and indirect Palestinian deaths brought about by Israel.

Why did I so surmise in November of 2023?  Well, the thing itself speaks. Res ipsa loquitur. And my own simple calculations helped.

Early in December Of 2023, in the face of Israel’s unfathomable ferocity and falseness—killing and lying about everything in sight—I set about to conduct a proportional, if limited, mathematical comparison as to just how vampiric the ‘vaunted’ Israel Defense Forces are.

Force-fed the fiction of the IDF as the most moral army in the world; I decided to compare like with like, albeit in limited but significant theaters of “war.” My December 2023 modest inquiry endeavored to compare Israel’s offensive in Gaza against “Hamas,” late in 2023, to America’s onslaught in Fallujah against the Iraqi resistance, in 2004.

On the numbers, I had been exceedingly charitable to the Israelis, given that their victims, buried beneath the rubble, were still mostly unaccounted for, and considering that the IDF resumed hostilities against civilians on December 1, after the briefest pause.

“Gaza Vs. Fallujah, Barbaric Blitzkrieg Highlights U.S. Marines Superiority,” yielded these results:

“Were Fallujah as populated as Gaza (2.4 million), the United States Marines would have killed approximately 4,200 Iraqi souls by December 2023. This is a far cry from the Israel Defense Forces’ butcher’s bill of 15,000 civilians (acknowledged) dead in Gaza by 2023’s end—and climbing.”

Were Gaza as small as Fallujah (400,000); the Israelis, befitting their butcher’s bill until December of 2023, would still have killed at least 2,500 souls to our Marines’ 700. Ceteris paribus, naturally.

Furthermore, does the rational mind really need the plonks at Max Planck and their Bayesian modeling methodology to tell him or her that which is before our very eyes; to tell us what deductions that cleave to reality have produced over two years?

Consider the destruction of infrastructure alone (courtesy of the Institute for Palestine Studies) and the humanitarian- and service sector martyrs who man it:

Percentage of destroyed civilian infrastructure: More than 90%.
Initial direct losses in all sectors: More than 70 billion USD.
Amount of rubble in the Gaza Strip: More than 61 million tons.
Number of explosives dropped on Gaza: More than 200,000 tons.
Number of unexploded ordnance/bombs: More than 20,000.
Area of the Gaza Strip seized by occupation through invasion and fire: More than 80%.
Number of hospitals destroyed or disabled: 38.
Number of destroyed universities and educational institutions: 165.
Number of destroyed schools: 670.
Number of mosques completely destroyed: 835.
Number of days border crossings were closed: More than 600.
Number of aid trucks denied entry by the occupation: More than 120,000.
Number of food kitchens and aid distribution centers targeted: 108.
Number of martyrs from medical personnel: 1,670.
Number of martyrs from Civil Defense crews: 140.
Number of martyred municipal employees, including 4 mayors: 176.
Number of martyred police and aid security personnel: 787.
Number of martyred UNRWA employees: 203.
Number of martyred journalists: 254.
Number of martyred scientists, academics, and teachers: 1,023.
Number of martyred athletes: 894.

This account, too, is no longer current.

After all, Israeli pleasures and pastimes are killing Palestinians. Nobody can keep up with the IDF’s relentless bloodletting. And many, like our American envoys, have covered it up. It might have been easier for Americans to confront the enormity of Israel’s crime had the U.S. embassy in Jerusalem not “suppressed a February 2024 report on northern Gaza. (The excuse: The report “lacked balance.”)

The images attached to the 2024 embassy report—corpses on Gaza’s streets, predators not Israeli feeding on them; predators Israeli smearing the walls with messages of hate and rape, the guts of buildings bedecking a destroyed landscape pouring out from crumbling edifices—these came via a “UN fact finding trip.” They were “visual evidence of the conditions” the culprits (Israeli and American) hoped to conceal, bulldoze over, bury. Upon the corpses beneath the earth’s surface, the vampiric Kushner consortium proposes to erect structures sporting the vulgar gilt of a Trump tower, or that of the Trump White House ballroom. (Liberace, a flamingly flamboyant performer, would have just loved it all.)

What’s left of Gaza, the land and the living ghosts that roam it, continues to peter out. Eighteen months since the Lancet’s 2024 estimate, given the scale of destruction of everything in sight—given that death, starvation and injury don’t end with a genocide nominally reduced—it’s not unreasonable to peg the loss of Palestinian life, via direct and indirect Israeli violence, at the estimated 250,000 souls at least.

Yet February 2025 finds The Lancet asleep to its own findings.

If in July of 2024, with some certainty, The Lancet had determined that Israel had directly and indirectly murdered around 186,000 Palestinian souls. By February of 2025, The Lancet had begun to deploy Israel’s plea-bargain undercount instead of their own initial figures.

On February 8, 2025, presumably as follow-up to its June 2024 report, The Lancet provided not so much of an update, as some weasel words instead.

Behold! A “capture–recapture analysis” has been affected!

The bafflegab the Journal has now adopted entails indirectly conceding what we already know; that the Palestinian Ministry of Health (MoH), in the past, had “achieved good accuracy in mortality documentation,” with some under-reporting. However, the “level of under-reporting” the Journal puts at a mere 41 percent. Less than their researchers’ original, 2024 estimate of 186,000 souls lost to date.

As I remarked in 2004, during America’s onslaught on Iraq—you could trust The Lancet to be appallingly late to the Truth, or to prevaricate about it.

A far more credible source than Max Plonk is Mads Gilbert, a dedicated Norwegian physician, who had worked in Gaza for decades until banned by the Predator State, and who now attests that, before October 7, the average life expectancy in Gaza was 74 years.

Today, an infant born in Gaza can expect to live for 35 years, should he survive the Isra-American interregnum genocide now simmering: You know, the lull between full-blown genocide and the end of genocide. (I’d like to offer you a link to the Mads remarks about life-expectancy in Gaza. It’s the custom, over these pixelated pages, to cite, cite, cite. Google, alas—beholden to You Know Who—generally scrubs the links to explosive pro-Palestine interviews and articles. Late in June of 2025, there was word of a “Harvard-published report, according to which 377,000 had gone missing or were dead in Gaza.”

Myself, I’ve been unable to access the data extracted from it, other than via a secondary source, Dr. Dahn Shaulis of the Higher Education Inquirer blog. Shaulis appears to recite data points he had collated from a document, “The Israeli/American/GHF aid distribution compounds in Gaza: Dataset and initial analysis of location, context, and internal structure,” authored by Professor Yaakov Garb of Ben-Gurion University, and posted at 21st Century Wire, on June 23, 2025.

Quite the chain of custody.

In “Gaza’s Disappeared,” dated June 25, 2025, Shaulis confirms the documentational provenance just cited above, writing that “prior to the 2023-25 siege, Gaza’s population was approximately 2.227 million. Israeli Defense Forces estimate that the three main populated enclaves now contain only 1.85 million people:

Gaza City: 1 million
Mawasi: 0.5 million
Central Gaza: 0.35 million.”

That leaves 377,000 Gazans whose whereabouts are unknown. While some may be displaced or trapped in inaccessible areas, the report strongly implies that the missing are dead—many likely buried under rubble, dismembered beyond recognition, or perished from starvation and disease in isolation.
This number dwarfs commonly cited death tolls and challenges the sanitized statistics reported in international media. It is not the product of speculation, but of direct analysis of Israeli military data. What Garb calls a ‘demographic horror story’ is also a legal and moral reckoning. 

Let that sink in.

Although unconfirmed, I here repeat the 377,000 missing number because of the utter plausibility of it, given the extent of the cover-up and the territorial asphyxiation to which Palestinians are still being subjected.

Ultimately it will come down to “How many Gazans remain?”

In actuality, the plea is peanuts compared to what the indictment ought to be. As with so many of Israel’s quicksilver narratives—admitting that 70,000 Palestinians perished in Gaza is part of a process of haggling; hammering-out an agreement that pacifies both prosecution and defense, with truth falling by the way. Plainly, Israel’s aim is to subvert the truth.

As the predominant method of adjudication in the United States, the plea bargain is ideal for that. Since the plea bargain is nothing more than a negotiated deal, it subverts the very goal of any justice system; is a taint on any system of justice.

Not that you’d know it, but the justice system’s mandate is to unveil the truth.

The common criminal who accepts a plea confesses to a lesser charge, in exchange for a lighter sentence or no sentence.

This means no trial, no guilt phase and no penalty phase.

Those involved in these foreign-policy drives honestly believe that to be American or Israeli is the existential Gold Standard. Lowly humanity is a pilgrim en route to the Promised Land, whether they know it or not—sometimes by hook or crook. Ultimately, the lives of all The Others, (Iranians in this instance) being roused to revolt are just not worth much until they ‘arrive’ at the desired state-of-being. ~ilana

I’ll stifle the impulse not to say the obvious, and say it: An Israeli-American regime-change operation is underway in Iran.

It’s “right out of the US-Israel playbook” for such operations, notes Professor John Merisheimer, a scrupulous scholar of “great-power politics,” or, more precisely, of naked imperial power.

First, the US “wrecked the country’s economy through crippling sanctions, making the populace profoundly unhappy, poor, desperate, hungry.” Next, cheek-by-jowl with Israel, massive protests were fomented, confirmation for which came in a December 29, Jerusalem Post article, the headline to which read as follows:

“Mossad spurs Iran protests, say agents with [the] demonstrators, in [a] Farsi message: As protests grow across Iran, the Mossad posted an unusual Farsi message urging demonstrators to act, saying it is with them in the streets, amid rising economic pressure and public unrest.”

To Israel, the United States of America offers service and subservience.

Thus, comments from Trump on Truth Social  and Mike Pompeo, more openly, backed the fact of an orchestrated, malevolent intervention, in what were initially organic, peaceful protests that stemmed from ruthless economic warfare (American) against the Islamic Republic.

Duly, on January 2, 2026, Pompeo, former U.S. Secretary of state and CIA director, wrote: “Happy New Year to every Iranian in the streets. Also, to every Mossad agent walking beside them….”

As reported by the Times of Israel, on January 16, “Channel 14, seen as close to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,” initially said that “‘foreign actors’ are arming the protesters in Iran with live firearms, which is the reason for the hundreds of regime personnel killed.” A little later, a typically oleaginous Israeli source quipped: “Everyone is free to guess who is behind it.”

Oh, we know who it is. As Candace Owens likes to say, “We don’t know, but we know-know.”

We’ve sensed as much. The Iranian January 2026 protesters are acting out-of-character. More like Israelis than ordinary Iranians. These protesters appear thoroughly Isralized—it is certainly unusual historically for the generally demure, respectful Iranians to burn down and desecrate their own holy sites; acts that conform, however, to the rules and customs of Israeli “transnational terrorism.”

Historically, Iranians-in-protest have targeted government symbols, but not national and religious symbols.

And, Lo: These Iranian protesters had enjoyed access to 40,000 StarLink Internet terminals, a news tidbit confirmed by the Times of Israel and  Fox News, in bursts of good cheer and cheerleading. The “live” firearms provided were in keeping with Israel’s terror-state tactics. Recall that, in June of 2025, in connivance with the CIA, Mossad, MI5 and Trump—Israelis had smuggled needed materiel into Iran for their war of aggression. Trump had done his part in the subterfuge by pursuing “diplomacy-as-deception” with his trusting Iranian interlocutors, thus distracting and deceiving them.

The third stage in the “four-part regime change playbook” of the “US-Israel Axis,” avers Mearsheimer, is the disinformation campaign.

Before their respective, well-coordinated air forces and armies alight on their Iranian victims in targeted attacks and assassinations—the “transnational terrorists” of the “US-Israel Axis” have a trifling task: Convince the most-propagandized minds in the world, we in the West, that this grotesque burlesque of a regime-change farce is a naturally occurring thing.

In other words, that America’s color-coded, plant-based “democratic” revolutions, you know the kind—“Purple” in Iraq, “Blue” in Kuwait, “Cotton” in Uzbekistan, “Grape” in Moldova, “Orange” in the Ukraine, “Rose” in Georgia, “Tulip” in Kyrgyzstan, “Cedar” in Lebanon, “Jasmine” in Tunisia, “Green” in Iran, still un-christened in Russia and Syria—these are but natural uprisings, led by noble patriots, who just happen, all-too frequently, to be aligned with and sponsored by Foreign Policy Inc., the clubby DC foreign-policy establishment and its Israeli offshoots and operatives.

Iran has and will continue to endure this devilry for decades to come.

For although Mearsheimer appears to imply that the stages of regime change are consecutive, or sequential; I would argue that, as in all formulaic stage theories—the stages of regime change, in this case, overlap, run into each other, reoccur and repeat.

Over and above regime change, Israel, by Mearsheimer’s careful estimation, has a “deep-seated interest” in “wrecking Iran,” in breaking the Islamic Republic apart, and fracturing the surrounding nations.

I should revise that: According to the twinned belief-systems of Jewish supremacy and American exceptionalism; all ‘good,’ ‘happy’ human beings are either those who are like Americans or like Israelis, or en route to becoming clones of the one or the other.

Those involved in these foreign-policy drives honestly believe that to be American or Israeli is the existential Gold Standard. Lowly humanity is a pilgrim en route to the Promised Land, whether they know it or not—sometimes by hook or crook. Ultimately, the lives of all The Others, (Iranians in this instance) being roused to revolt are just not worth much until they “arrive” at the desired state-of-being.

As to their deep involvement in inciting regime-change riots in Iran: News tidbits to that effect have come to us directly via the Israelis themselves.

By now you know that Israel is “amoral,” it acts outside the laws of both man and God. By now you know that bursts of pride accompany Israeli barbarity. As is often the case, Israelis and their media openly report their crimes. And they are especially proud to be inciting regime-change in Iran. On the ground.

Take the X account titled “Mossad Farsi.” So nauseatingly audacious in content is it, that I doubted its authenticity.

In sickeningly sugared tweets, “Official Mossad in Farsi” and its bots (the programmed, online Artificial Intelligence responders or Israel’s paid lickspittles) profess the love Israelis have for the largely pro-Palestinian Iranians.

These are the same Israelis, still mid-murder in Gaza and the West bank, who were posting and celebrating imagery of murdered Palestinians with the flesh hanging on their bones in ribbons. That amoral Israel is now “loving on” the Iranians, a people who have generally resisted for Palestine.

Filled with The Love, “Mossad Farsi” has been loud and proud about its role in attempting to break the Islamic Republic. Here is the Mossad Farsi tweet that got world attention. Dated December 29, it reads as follows: “Let’s come out to the streets together. The time has come. We are with you. Not just from afar and verbally, we are with you in the field as well.”

Speaking in unison, Israeli media—Channel 14,  i24, Israel Hayom, and others, no doubt—confirmed the authenticity and impetus of this account. In identically scripted messages, all outlets announced that a “Mossad X account in Farsi urges Iranians to protest as unrest sweeps the country.”

The criminal Svengali Bibi tips the nose toward Iran (allegedly), in a December 29 meeting at Mar-a-Lago, and Trump runs. “Fetch,” says Netanyahu to a pack of dreadful American curs, and they fetch. (Apologies, again, to animals for using them as the source of metaphor for things stupid and evil. It’s a regrettable feature of the English language.)

What might I add to the information provided by Mearsheimer (and reported by Max Blumenthal) in hashing out the finer points of the Israeli scheme? I can provide a translation from the Hebrew of the motto embedded by Mossad Farsi in its X account’s graphic. It reads as follows:

“Without connivance [as in scheming], a nation will fall”:

The simple, base truth is that, Trump, a second-rate gangster, wants to be Bibi, a rank butcher ~ilana 

The fuss and feathers over Trump’s foreign policy is silly, childish. It attests to what happens to the minds of men when they view the very public mass murder of The Other—committed by their Leader—as unrelated to their own moral integrity and future welfare: the brain goes to mush. Or perhaps it was the size of a lentil to begin with.

In the mind of the minimally moral, minimally compos mentis American—”America First” and genocide ought to be two mutually exclusive categories. 

Here’s a useful clue: If your politician of choice, going into an election, supports genocide or is silent about genocide; he’s not your friend. You ought to be smart enough, in possession of the very basic moral faculties—having reached a rudimentary development of conscience—to make that minuscule determination.

Has mommy not taught you that murder is wrong and that no mass murderer and congenital thief is your friend? Alas, the decay of the American Mind is such that Trump’s fans are apoplectic—and one or two even texting me in tears: “America First, ilana; what-oh-what has happened to it?”

How the fuck should I know? Did I vote for Trump in 2024? No! For the reasons cited, I registered a protest vote for Jill Stein, whose foreign policy—from Israel to Latin America—is libertarian perfection.

I was hardly being a crusty cynic when, in a January 3, 2018 column, “How President Trump Normalized Neoconservatism,” I foresaw the coming vanquishing of Venezuela:

Neoconservatives were, are pleased with President Trump’s foreign policy.

A couple of months back, Bloomberg’s Eli Lake let it be known that he was in neoconservative nirvana: ‘… for Venezuela, [Donald Trump] came very close to calling for regime change. ‘The United States has taken important steps to hold the regime accountable,’ Trump said. ‘We are prepared to take further action if the government of Venezuela persists on its path to impose authoritarian rule on the Venezuelan people.’

‘For a moment,” swooned Lake, ‘I closed my eyes and thought I was listening to a Weekly Standard editorial meeting.’ (“How President Trump Normalized Neoconservatism,” Ilana Mercer, January 3, 2018)

“Onward to Venezuela!” I wearily wrote. It was not a mysterious sense of foreboding; I was just following facts. Then, I watched the lies with fascination. By now, I knew all the tricks. What’s the excuse of Trump’s base?

That his phlegmatic followers now whinge and whine over Trump’s lackluster America-First focus is really quite puzzling, if not contemptible. It’s like complaining—not that serial killer Ted Bundy killed a lot; but that he was unpatriotic for driving around in a Volkswagen Beetle.

“Ever heard of a Chevy Tahoe, Ted? Boohoo, Bundy, why did you go to work in a Volkswagen, you traitor? Buy America, not German.

Bundy and Trump, Joe Biden and Bibi Netanyahu, and their minions, are murderers all. Murder is what defines them; it’s their defining feature. Except that the last three delegated mass murder to the mercenaries of a military. Bundy did the deeds himself.

Surely, you don’t need mommy to tell you that murder is more than a secondary personality trait? It defines who a person is. It tends to crowd out all other positive attributes. If that’s not obvious, think of Oscar Wilde’s simple guidelines for cretins: “Murder is always a mistake. One should never do anything that one cannot talk about after dinner.”

Still, for some reason, his fans and voters speak of Trump’s genocide as though it were a minor item of foreign-policy, albeit—small mercies—an unwelcome foreign policy event. Absurd—as the commission of genocide puts the perpetrators and co-perpetrators outside the human species. And genocide and mass murder are the defining features of this man’s foreign policy in Western Asia; in Gaza and beyond.

“Genocide for Israel” is Trump’s de facto Middle East foreign policy.

Impoverished heroic Houthis of Yemen Trump has murdered beginning in 2018: The House of Trump in partnership with the House of Saud. Iranians Trump has helped murder. Somalis and Nigerians Trump has been murdering. Sailors in vessels, on the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific, no due process required: them, too, Trump has murdered. All this with nary a meaningful check on executive power from the dullards serving in the world’s “greatest” deliberative bodies, the US Congress and Senate.

And now Venezuelans, ordinary men and women, scan the skies nervously for the telltale metallic shimmer, wondering whether they are being simply surveilled from above, or targeted by Hellfire missiles.

Genocide, the crime of all crimes, was Trump’s gateway crime. Once you’ve crossed over to genocide, the world (and its people) is your oyster.

Indeed, like Joe Biden before him, Trump doubled down on the eradication of the international law and its redeeming natural-law features. Like Biden, Trump ensured that no international prosecutor or prominent UN chronicler of Israel’s crimes against humanity went unpunished. Trump has sanctioned and persecuted countries and individuals who sought to cuff the criminal Netanyahu and levy the law of God and nature against Israel’s sexually perverse serial killers, loosed upon the world. Also thanks to Trump. Yes, thousands of these sexually deviant Israeli serial killers roam among us, when they could be, should be, in the dock, at the Hague.

Enmeshed, the American and Israeli cabal, two self-appointed world powers—Pax Americana ceding to “Pax Judaica”—are presently and shamelessly still engaged in genocide. Israel acts to “disappear” the Palestinians as individuals, as a people and as a polity. Trump, who respects Israel’s wishes to the letter, appoints people who do the same. He pursues and imposes policies that dovetail with what Israel demands.

Trump, corporate media and the political ring leaders sashaying up and down both aisles may call the “new” dispensation under which Palestinians live a “ceasefire.” In point of fact, the so-called ceasefire is just Trump’s “engineered new normal: a slow-paced genocide.” All for the love of Israel.

The future of Gaza, Trump has made clear, would “be pretty much up to Israel.” Although he is there with Israel to help in the dismembering and looting of Gaza. When Israel declared its intention to take over Gaza, Donald Trump had shrugged and egged them on. “Ramp it up,” he whooped. Having long since slipped between the sheets with soulmate Bibi Netanyahu, Trump gave the Israeli prime minister the go-ahead to “fight and finish the job.”

Under Gaza’s weeping winter skies, massacres continue with Trump’s imprimatur. Drones, killer quadcopters and other Israeli shelling implements come scudding at Gaza from the north all the time. The “destruction of remaining homes, property and land, and the prevention of the entry of food, humanitarian aid and basic infrastructure materials” had never ceased, only let-up slightly. Genocide hums along now at the rate of more than eight human beings murdered a day, and at more than 20 injured, also each day.

By no unfortunate coincidence, Trump has normalized genocide for Israel, albeit at a slower pace. Any depravity Israel thinks up; Trump has fulfilled in kind and in kindly blessings. And his fans expected Trump to compartmentalize the killer-within and keep to his America-First promise? Are they dense?

As to Venezuela: Trump knows nothing about the anti-imperial spirit of the Bolívar Revolution still animating Latin America. Successfully, Venezuela native “Simón Bolívar led the people of South America to rebel against Spanish colonial rule.” However, the independence movement’s victories, won between 1775 and 1850, live on in the wishes of a preponderance of the people of Latin America to retain national sovereignty, to decide about the political dispensation under which they’ll live—including the right to reject Trump “populism” in favor of their own Chavismo populism.

And they want to control the bounty of their lands.

Trump’s handlers, only marginally smarter than he, tell him to say stuff that makes him seem in-the-know. So, Trump stammers about The Monroe Doctrine and the imperative to make errant Latin America submit to America (much like Arabia bows to Bibi).

Trump’s Other Handlers have yet to hand Trump his marching orders. But they’re happy. On Israel’s ILTV, four minutes into a segment titled “Maduro Arrest: Venezuela Blames Israel, U.S. Warns Iran,” one of Israel’s many pig-ignorant panelists weighs in—the country appears utterly bereft of high-minded intellectuals. The Hasbara comes courtesy of Dan Diker, president of the Jerusalem Center for Foreign Affairs.

Diker describes Venezuela as part of an evil axis of resistance, “a rear base for the Iranian regime.” Hezbollah and Hamas are also all over that poor benighted and blighted country. Likewise Iranians: Leaders who refuse to die by Israel (which in itself is completely “antisemitic”); they too, accuses Diker, will often seek shelter in Venezuela. Altogether, Israel is pleased with Trump’s decapitating moves in Latin America.

Although Israelis have expressed themselves about the American invasion of Venezuela at the speed at which they commented on the assassination of Charlie Kirk—they, in the person of Dr. Diker, want you to know that Venezuela’s acting president Delcy Rodríguez is an … antisemite. She accused Israel “of orchestrating the U.S. military operation that led to the arrest of Nicolás Maduro, branding it ‘Zionist aggression.’”

Psychologizing about people is a form of ad hominem argument, in my opinion. It’s bad. I don’t like it one bit. But Trump is the kind of single-celled organism, an amoeba in mentation and affect, to which psychologizing is suited.

The simple, atavistic truth is that Trump, a second-rate gangster, wants to be Bibi, a rank butcher.

Trump has been fellating Bibi Netanyahu without let. He has been made to feel politically impotent, lacking in agency in the face of the master magician, Bibi, who is leading Trump around by the nose. The bully-cum-tyrant Trump, a stupid man of cold violence, needs to regain manly potency by any means at all other than neutering Israel.

So he “bombs the Venezuelan capital, and kidnaps President Maduro.” Let’s hope Trump’s acolytes understand by now, that folly, ignorance, bluff and blind conceit will continue to typify his actions, stateside and abroad.

To frame Trump’s active proxy genocide in ‘national interest’ terms—as a betrayal of his promise to his political constituency—is as irrational and perverse as accusing serial killer Ted Bundy not of mass murder, but of lacking in patriotism. ~ilana 

Stateside, people speak of genocide as though it were an item of foreign-policy, albeit—small mercies—an unwelcome foreign policy event.

Absurd, of course!

Whether such crass utilitarians like it or not, the Anglo-Israeli-American genocide in Palestine is a moral matter, not to be subsumed within the confines of foreign policy, but transcending it.

Then, I watched the lies with fascination. Now, I know all the tricks. Of course I did not vote for the man in 2024. And, of course Trump was bound to normalize genocide for Israel, albeit at a slower pace.  

Another of Trump’s hombres is Florida Representative Randy Fine. No sooner did the “Hebrew Hammer,” as he fondly calls himself, advise the Palestinian collective to “starve away”—than Trump rushed to pose by Fine’s side. The pair of them, two mountains of flesh as soft as sin, giving themselves over with passionate intensity to criminal complicity. That was in July of 2025. Come October of 2025, Trump endorsed Fine’s  candidacy.

Having gotten their hostages back, the inviolable Israelis, for their part, have settled into a different rhythm of genocide. The only thing that has come to an end in Israel are mass hostage protests. Since the Israeli-dictated “ceasefire” took effect on 10 October, upwards of 352 Palestinians have been murdered by Israel and over  900 injured. “Gaza is a living necropolis,” reports the Glia organization, also on the ground in Gaza.

Having kept up its standards, the majority of the casualties inflicted by the “most moral army in the world” are women, children and the elderly. You might look at these two diminutive brothers, small for their ages (for obvious reasons), and think kids. IDF terrorists, with far greater acuity than you, were able to discern “two suspects who crossed the yellow line,” and were conducting “suspicious activities on the ground.”

What kind of “activities”? The children Israel murdered, two among “more than 50,000 kids killed or injured in the Gaza Strip” (that we know of), were foraging for sustenance for their crippled father, who was likely unaware of a new rule. The rule is the offshoot of the tolerance evinced by Trump and the “civilized” West toward Israel’s Hunger Games production, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, in which IDF terrorists and hired hands played at culling starved Palestinians, lured to “food”-collection sites.

The new rule is that Israelis shoot to kill anyone who sets a barefoot beyond the giant ugly yellow cement blocks with which these terrorists have deformed the Strip of land they’ve stolen.

Yes, the IDF has bisected the Gaza Strip again. Whether it is into west and east, north and south or both, or into still tinier grids, I cannot quite say. All we know is that Israeli high revelry in murder and in the deformation of the landscape have not abated a bit after 790 days of it. All Israelis want you to know is that if Palestinians die; they needed killing, one and all.

Or, as one brilliant Palestinian thinker has averred, Palestinians are the only people who must negotiate an end to their murder and starvation.

The ‘National Interest’: A Statist Fiat Standard

Given the president’s behavioral profile, how silly, then, is it to center the case against President Trump around the “national interest” and his betrayal of it!

Let me demonstrate what I mean, with the hope that someone sees the madness for what it is:

Say a criminal profiler were drawing up a profile of prolific serial killer Ted Bundy. Say said criminal profiler then reported to his handlers that he found Ted Bundy deficient in patriotism. Considering that Bundy’s signal and salient personality trait/habit was his serial killing—not his alleged lack of patriotism—you’ll agree that the direction our profiler’s inquiry took and his deductions were bonkers. Nuts. Dumb.

Same here. Genocide is the Crime of all Crimes. It’s the stand-alone, indefensible crime-of-all-crimes. Genocide, moreover, is not a war crime, or a once-off crime. To these, you can attach a set of mitigating or explanatory legal defenses. Not to genocide. There are no legal or moral defenses to attach to genocide. There are no extenuating circumstances, historical, legal or other, for genocide.

Therefore, to frame Trump’s active proxy genocide in “national interest” terms—as a betrayal of his promise to his political constituency—is as irrational and perverse as accusing serial killer Ted Bundy not of mass murder, but of lacking in patriotism.

For if you are an unreconstructed murderer, why would we care about or trust your patriotism, fellow feeling and fidelity to us, The American People? I want mass murderers dethroned and punished. Severe punishment for Israelis and their helpers will do the world a world of good. Crime and Punishment, yes? Crime to be followed with punishment fulfills the requirement of ordered liberty. Leave grotesque crimes unpunished; and you’ll get more of them.

Put plainly, if your political plank’s default position includes openly aiding or committing genocide—then this puts you outside the human species, to say nothing of libertarianism, patriotism, or a national-interest focused, America First foreign-policy.

You’ve no doubt noticed that the national-interest debate is only ever over whether the U.S. government should or shouldn’t act on its divine rights as transnational judge, jury and executioner; seldom over what’s morally right and what’s wrong. This is why, as I mentioned in a debate, Block V. Mercer, courtesy of Tom Woods TV, I’m a natural-rights libertarian, not a national-interest libertarian. The latter is a thoroughly statist standard.

To repeat: The commission of genocide puts the perpetrators and co-perpetrators around the world outside the human species, to say nothing of libertarianism, an America-centric foreign-policy “interests” or the natural law.

In fact, at this point of the genocide of the Palestinians, warned the wise commentator Mouin Rabbani, if you think that silence still absolves you of complicity; you are wrong.

Trump, like Biden before him, is a co-belligerent in Israel’s war on the Palestinians People. He thinks nothing of extra-judicially murdering people for personal aggrandizement, which he conflates with the national interest. Trump would have certainly told his voters, in 2020, that murdering Qassim Soleimani, an Iranian major general, was in our “national interest.”

These days, Trump and his gang adhere to the “monkey see; monkey do” principle. The president of the United States of America aims to do as Israel does. (Personally, I am tired of animals used as the source of metaphor for all things stupid and evil. “Animals, like children, are closer to God,” proffered author Daphne du Maurier, in a novel. How about we substitute Israelis, who torture animals worse than they do Palestinians?)

Mimicking the kill-crazy Israelis in Gaza and the West Bank, Trump’s own Israeli mini-me, Pete Hegseth, is blowing up vessels in the Caribbean and Pacific international waters. Donald Trump has defended Hegseth, who, à la Israel, even authorized double-tap strikes: First, you hit a target. You follow up with another strike on survivors and rescuers. Barbarism in the national interest, of course.

While these violations of customary international law and the law of armed conflict provisions “have been incorporated into American domestic law”—they are never enforced against Israel. None of these American (and international) domestic legal provisions does America ever apply to Israel.

It’s not in the national interest, you’ll be told.

Taken to its logical conclusion; the “national interest” standard goes something like this: 

If genocide is deemed in the American “national interest”; then, dot, dot, dot…”

Taken to its realistic reductio ad absurdum, the national-interest standard, as practiced by Trump and Biden, means “We do what Israel tells us to do.”

Todd Huntley, “director of the National Security Law program at Georgetown University Law Center, who had previously served as a judge advocate in the Navy for more than two decades,” reminds us, inadvertently, of the expansive and nebulous nature of violence in the “national interests”:

“The President, as the Commander-in-Chief under Article II [of the US Constitution], has authority to use military force if it is in the U.S. national interest, and if it’s for a limited duration, scope, and intensity. …The domestic legal basis comes from a line of several Office of Legal Counsel (O.L.C.) opinions.”

So, no thanks to the national-interest fiat standard. However dreamy this may sound to you, dear reader, I’ll cleave to the Stoic doctrine of natural law, whose “interpreter and transmitter” was Cicero. “The lex nata is the law within us,” said Cicero of natural law. (Heinrich A. Rommen, The Natural Law, A Study In Legal And Social History And Philosophy, Liberty Fund, Indianapolis, 1998.)

Or, as Candace Owens likes to say of things known intuitively: Some things “we don’t know-know, but we know.” The same with the natural law. It’s why I’m a natural-rights libertarian, not a national-interest statist. To apply here another Candace coinage, the national interest “feels a little fake and gay.”

Contra the national-interest fickleness, the natural law is a system of ethics knowable through reason, revelation and experience. Because it is anchored in the very existential nature of man and reality, the Natural Law is the highest law known to man and is therefore deductively true and just.

Man knows right from wrong full-well. He knows he is perpetrating evil even as he does so.

Deep down we all know that there are no two sides to genocide; that there are no two sides to permanent military Occupation; that there is no debate as to who gets to determine the future of Palestine other than the Palestinian people. We in the West act like permanent rulers of the world in absentia. We all know full well that’s wrong—that Palestinians, not westerners who helped in their demise, must be the authors of their future.

I’d like to think that libertarianism isn’t dispassionate abstraction existing in the hermetic confines of theory, but rather a community—albeit a small one—of passionate individuals who are on the side of those who are denied life, liberty and property in a systematic and systemic way.

Natural-rights libertarians should therefore be squarely in the Palestine Solidarity camp, and certainly skeptical of the national-interest standard, invariably set by Dr. Evil statists and their mini-mes.

There’s a reason I purposefully avoided mention of the fracas in Israel over the leaked Sde Teiman video, in the companion column to this one: “Rape of Palestinian Men By IDF & Israeli Security Forces: Habitual.”

You see, the Hasbara herd seems to have one gift, in Israel and stateside. They live in a self-reverential and self-referential world: They talk from under wet cement about … themselves. And, they are training you to do the same: talk about them.

As hard as it is for this lot to compute; the genocide, however, is about their victims, Israel’s victims, the Palestinians.

About the Sde Teima leaked rape tape, suffice it to say the following: Like the Hostage Square demonstrators in Tel Aviv, whose concern was exclusively for only their hostages; the same Israeli society is not unhappy about crimes against Palestinians; but that one such crime had been made public to the detriment of their criminally complicit countrymen.

More so than mere publicity—after all, Israel is conducting genocide to a packed house, the world—Israel’s military advocate general worries that the leaked Sde Teiman footage will undermine Israel’s international legal impunity.

The case of the rectal-rape-with-objects of a Palestinian hostage, one among thousands held in the legal limbo of detention-without-trial, was leaked by the Military Advocate General’s office (MAG), whose apparatchiks had heretofore never expressed—nor acted to convey—regret, remorse, contrition, or penitence over the genocide ongoing. (So you know, Israel has merely shifted to “genocide lite” and to the “ghettoization” of the Strip.)

There are no nettles of conscience in the genocidal society. The on-camera rape has just become a PR (public relations) problem. Unless the world’s yelling can be quelled, Israel’s legal representatives fear for the country’s legal impunity, which is meant to last in perpetuity.

Like all shouting scraps in Israel, this one is entirely without an ethical or moral dimension. The leak of the filmed rape is but a procedural, administrative annoyance, the “Minister of Defense and many others in the political sphere and public discourse,” even claiming that any criminal proceedings constitute a “blood libel.”

At about this time, Israeli think-tank residents are fretting. As the Israel Democracy Institute (IDI) put it (in all sincerity), it is imperative to preserve “Israel’s legal and diplomatic ‘resilience’ internationally, and thus … our ability to protect IDF (Israel Defense Forces) service members from legal risks around the world.”

If the IDF justice system, headed by the [aforementioned] MAG [Military Advocate General], is not perceived as professionally independent, Israel will struggle to argue that there is no place to advance overseas legal proceedings against soldiers and commanders alleged to have violated the law of armed conflict, and that the Israeli justice system should be given primacy in handling suspects. Cloaking themselves in the raiment of decency, the code-word for “impunity” in Israeli think tanks is “resilience.” The country must remain “resilient” internationally.  Bathed in blood though it is; Israel and its military advocate general still want continued carte-blanche from the international community for their crimes. Hence the Brownian motion over the public rape of a Palestinian hostage.

Again, the leaked Sde Teiman tape threatens Israel’s legal impunity which is meant to last in perpetuity.

Let us, then, end forthwith conversation about Israel’s two-bit Kabuki players. We who inhabit the Global Genocidal Western Woke matrix have a responsibility to help pilot Palestinians through these dangerous shoals. Or, support those who are doing that work. Let’s, then, return to the resilient victims of the genocidal entity, the Palestinians.

Early in the genocide, in essays that provide a comprehensive chronology of the signal events, the people violated and the first principles flouted, I had picked up on—and postulated about—the seemingly systematic nature of the sexual sadism evinced by Israel’s army and security forces.

Palestinians are “living alongside serial-killing sexual sadists,” I remarked in a subsection of the essay, “Why The Israel-Occupied Levant Must be Liberated, S.O.S.,” further noting that “the pairing of sexual arousal and violence toward Palestinians, in the practices of the IDF and Israeli Security Forces, makes for a particularly irremediable pathology, the stuff of serial killers.”

As though Israel was not already outside all moral gravitational pull—the evidence for my deductions is now in. What we’ve known to be deductively true has been empirically confirmed. The social science is in: Palestinians are sexually brutalized by Israeli occupation forces!

If you had lingering doubts that sexual perversion and predation by the Israeli military and security forces is systemic and statistically significant—new social science nixes that naïve notion.

Incidents of sexual torture are not outlier cases. The Israel Occupation Forces are indeed a festering cauldron of serial-killing sadists and sexual deviants. Helpless Palestinians are the repository of this rot.

Having investigated the phenomenon and tabulated the results; the UN International Commission of Inquiry has revealed that rape, genital mutilation—of men, women, boys and girls—exhibitionism (public flashing); all the sexual perversions and paraphilias I had picked up on—are systemic, pervasive, carried out happily, seemingly ordained from above. No crime is a “one-off.”

“Israel uses sexual violence as a weapon of war,” concludes the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, writing, on March 13, 2025, that,

The frequency, prevalence and severity of sexual and gender-based crimes perpetrated across the Occupied Palestinian Territory leads the Commission to conclude that sexual and gender-based violence is increasingly used as a method of war by Israel to destabilize, dominate, oppress and destroy the Palestinian people. The Commission documented a pattern of sexual violence, including cases of rape and other forms of sexual violence, torture and other inhumane acts that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Section number 222 of the report’s summary states that, “Israeli detention is characterized by widespread and systematic abuse and sexual and gender-based violence. These practices have increased significantly in severity and frequency since 7 October 2023, following orders and statements of the Minister for National Security Ben Gvir who is in charge of prisons. The mistreatment of Palestinian detainees by Israeli authorities is a result of an intentional policy that utilizes sexual, reproductive and other forms of gender-based violence to humiliate and degrade Palestinians in detention. This was observed across several facilities, temporary holding locations, during interrogation and while in transit.”

These Israelis are men and women of cold violence. Their hearts are as black as boot polish. The brutalized bodies of Palestinian men, women, and children; their pets and livestock bear this out. But broad-brush statements aggregating their practices are not enough.

Daily, the Palestinians’ closest neighbors, the settlers, make manifest their red-hot hatred toward them, stealing private Palestinian property, vandalizing installations on this land, regularly slaughtering helpless livestock with biblical cruelty (watch settlers gouge the eyes out of helpless lambs), and generally menacing Palestinian property owners. Most disturbing is the overt, perverted threat of sexual violence from settlers and their soldier helpers.

Indeed, the poisonous cabal of Israeli settlers and soldiers works cheek by jowl.

In “Holy Redemption: Stealing Palestinian Land,” a TRT World exclusive documentary, there is no editorializing. The videographers plainly followed and recorded these settlers in character. Twenty-nine minutes and 20 seconds into this TRT settler odyssey, Turkish TV captures a uniformed IDF, in cahoots with settlers, publicly manhandling himself on camera, in a manner not fit to print.

Said IDF soldier hisses:

“I spit on Palestine. F-ck your mother. I’m the Israeli Army.” He is not done. Just as I imagined this breed of Cain could not expose itself as more indecent, the same soldier comes close to indecent exposure. At the said timestamp, the atavistic, low-brow individual shows himself to be lacking the inhibitions to keep his perversion private. Reflexively. Quite obviously, this IDF had been aroused by threatening a helpless group of Palestinian homesteaders. He had likely imbibed a pornographic sensibility and had not been taught propriety and shame in public.

Right there on film is that pathological pairing of violence and sexual arousal, the stuff of serial killers!

In another unremarkable vignette, filmed by B’Tselem, an Israeli human rights group, an armed settler threatens a Palestinian farmer in the South Hebron Hills with rape. “Rape in the name of God,” a la SdeTeiman, promises settler Shem Tov Luski, to a mortified, modest Palestinian man. “No officers were dispatched, and the residents were advised to file a complaint at the Kiryat Arba police station,” reports Wikipedia.

At one point, the “Halachic right to rape” (See “Sde Teiman: Genocide, Snuff Films, Extra-Judicial Assassinations & Rape Are De Facto Legal in Israel”) had been issued from the very top of Israeli moral precincts.

His flesh softer than sin, the delightful Rabbi Col. Eyal Karim, the head of the military rabbinate of the Israel Defense Forces, had instructed, in 2016, that, essentially, any carnal demands of the flesh be allowed: “As part of maintaining fitness for the army and the soldiers’ morale during fighting, it is permitted to …satisfy the evil inclination by lying with attractive Gentile women against their will… .’ News of the rabbinical rape-injunction came courtesy of Israel’s own YnetNews.com.

Before Rabbi Karim, there was Shmuel Eliyahu, chief rabbi of Safad, who “urged a genocide in Gaza and excused rape by soldiers.” (Via Electronic Intifada.)

Israel’s female soldiers are as sadistic and malevolent. In a clip, “Israel’s ‘Sick’ Female Guards,” young Israeli uniformed IDF females and security police terrorize Palestinian men as they shuttle from one check point to the next.

We zoom out again to the abstraction of the aggregated data:

214. “Israel has targeted civilian women and girls directly, acts that constitute the crime against humanity of murder and the war crime of willful killing. Women and girls have also died from complications related to pregnancy and childbirth due to the conditions imposed by the Israeli authorities impacting access to reproductive health care, acts that amount to the crime against humanity of extermination. …”
215. “Palestinian men and boys have been subjected to specific persecutory acts intended to punish them collectively. The way in which these often-sexual acts are committed, including their filming, photographing and dissemination online, in conjunction with similar cases being documented in several locations, shows that forced public stripping and nudity, as well as sexualized torture and ill-treatment, are part of the persecutory attack against men and boys committed to punish, humiliate and intimidate Palestinian men and boys into subjugation. …”
216. “Specific forms of sexual and gender-based violence such as forced public stripping and nudity, sexual harassment including threats of rape, as well as sexual assault, de facto form part of the Israel Security Forces (ISF) standard operating procedures towards Palestinians. The Commission concludes that these and other forms of sexualized torture, including rape and violence targeting the genitals, are committed with either explicit orders or an implicit encouragement by the top civilian and military leadership. The Commission found that all its documented incidents of sexual and gender-based violence committed by members of the ISF were met with impunity. Under these circumstances, the civilian and military leaders are as responsible for these crimes, as are the direct perpetrators. …”

In the “widespread use of sexualized violence against men and boys,” the Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention and Human Security has [too] identified several specific patterns of sexualized violence that are indicative of a genocidal process, not all overlapping the findings of the International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory:

Life-force atrocities (including ritualized humiliations); separation of families and other reproductive violence; and possible elitocide through the use of sexualized violence.

By “elitocide,” the Lemkin Institute is probably referring to sexual violence to whittle at the finest and noblest; the people we most rely on: altruistic aid and rescue workers, healers in their clinics ministering to their patients, peace activists, writers, reporters and intellectuals recording the crimes for posterity.

Dr. Adnan Al Bursh, for example. The 50-year-old renowned orthopedic surgeon headed the orthopedic department at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. “A doctor. a stellar surgeon. The embodiment of Palestinian ethics, Dr. Al Bursh was likely raped to death.”

To genocide, snuff films, the torture and torching of animals, and the rape and robbery of their Palestinian owners; to bombings, boobytrapping and extra-judicial assassinations the world over—add “elitocide.”

Another new term to add to Israel’s lexicon of crime. All this, remember, is customary, informal law in the Genocidal Society.

Be mindful, then, that any investigation ever launched or any arrests made by Israeli authorities are symbolic, cursory and inconsequential, part of a well-established strategy to safeguard the greater criminal enterprise. ~ ilana

As I had remarked before, patterns of arousal—the commingling of serial killing and sex—are tied to psychopathy. The psychopathic fusion of lust and murder appears endemic among Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers.

Honed in rendition torture camps, sexual violence has become the coin of the Greater Israel realm, certainly in occupied Palestine. A glimpse into Sde Teiman, a torture rendition camp in Israel proper, revealed to the world that Israel has de facto systemized the practice of anally rupturing the bowels of Palestinian prisoners, most detained without charge.

Marquis de Sade, whose name is used to denote things sexually bent, was no murderer. The recognizable ancestor of the IDF is not the Marquis De Sade, a mere sexual deviant, but your common serial killer with added pathological paraphilia, and the ability to industrialize the scale of his crimes.

Paraphiliacs are said to enjoy exhibitionism or masochism or sadism, “in which sexual gratification is derived from activities or fantasies that are generally regarded as atypical or deviant. A paraphilic disorder is present when it causes … “actual or potential harm to others.”

After de Sade came out in Sde Teiman, “rape in the name of God” had become part of the settler and soldier lexicon of crime. From the West Bank, legendary British journalist Peter Oborne has filed detailed dispatches exposing Israel’s torture camps, into which thousands of young Palestinian men are disappearing, only to emerge unrecognized, physically deformed and mentally damaged. (Watch “EXPOSED: Israel’s Secret Torture Camps.”) “Nukhba” prisoners, the Israeli devils dub them.

The habitual infliction of rectal rape on Palestinian men has joined the crimes of genocide, the making and mass-marketing of online snuff films featuring murdered Palestinians, and the commission of extra-judicial assassination the globe over. These practices are de facto legal in what passes for law in the Israeli thugocracy.

As televised vignettes at July’s end showed, the Israelis, a “bizarre specimen of moral laxity”—the 1728 words of Southern gentleman William Byrd—had been openly rationalizing the need to codify in law the rape of Palestinian hostages. From Knesset members to the distinguishably dumb panelists who festoon that country’s tv networks, “Israeli media’s coverage of the rape of Palestinian [hostages] shows support for sexual violence in service of genocide.”

By the Middle East Monitor’s telling, “A Gaza detainee allegedly sexually abused by Israeli soldiers at Sde Teiman … suffered ‘a ruptured bowel, a severe injury to his anus, lung damage and broken ribs’ as a result of the immense torture he was subjected to by Israeli occupation soldiers. …One of the nine Israeli soldiers arrested for abusing him was released without charge. Deliberations about the other eight are continuing.” As far as I know, none has been charged.

Like Israel’s genocide in Gaza, the rape in Sde Teiman was captured on camera. Watch! Have an emesis dish close by.

According to Truthout.org, the Knesset, at July’s end—Israel’s lawmakers, no less—was debating whether or not sexual abuse à la de Sade Teiman was a legitimate tactic for Israeli soldiers. (International law considers sexual violence by soldiers to be a war crime.) Members of the Israeli government have also defended the soldiers, claiming it is wrong for the government to charge the [rapist] reservists.

To its patsy press, the AP, “The Israeli military had said, in July of 2024, that “it was holding nine soldiers for questioning following allegations of ‘substantial abuse’ of a detainee at a shadowy facility where Israel has detained thousands of Palestinians since Oct. 7.”

Next, via Democracy Now’s account, “A right-wing mob, including members of the Knesset, broke into two Israeli military bases in an effort to prevent Israeli military police from detaining the nine soldiers who were under investigation for gang raping a Palestinian prisoner at the notorious Sde Teiman facility.”

When they are not fantasizing and embellishing about mass rape by their enemies (read Ali Abunimah’s “Debunking ‘Screams Before Silence,’ Sheryl Sandberg’s 7 Oct. ‘mass rape’ film”), and raping Palestinian prisoners—the Israel Defense Forces, and Israel’s other policing agencies, in conjunction with the societal structures that support them, are striving to codify their de facto daily criminal conduct in law.

In both word and deed, Israelis have systematically and systemically agitated for the legal right to gravely mistreat their enemies, justifying the twisted sensibilities of their military and a plurality of their countrymen.

The canvassing I conducted in May of 2024, “The Jewish State Is Genocidal, But Is Israeli Society Sick, Too?”, was seconded by Oren Ziv of the +972 Magazine (“A riot for impunity shows Israel’s proud embrace of its crimes“). Ziv correctly elucidates that “the support of Israeli political leaders, including some members of the Knesset who participated in the [pro-rape] riots, and the apathy of the military police, all indicate that those protesting against the soldiers’ [rape] charges are ‘the face of the state,’ expressing what are ‘mainstream’ views in Israeli society.”

Mainstream approval in Israel of genocide, rape, and snuff-film production explains why one of the reservist rape perpetrators, like so many members of the Israeli security establishment, proudly pleads his case on a YouTube video. In Israel, he is a patriot. Crime is SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the Israeli army. Yes, do not dub a first-degree felony a “war crime.” A crime is a crime is a crime. A criminal is a criminal. A serial killer, state or lone actor, must be stopped (too late for that) and punished.

Across the occupied territories, the Israel Security State summarily detains people absent due process, often deploying rape as a weapon to shame traditional men and women, and it loots and demolishes their homes. You see, Lockean homesteading principles, by which many Palestinians have come to own ancient land, flouts the Israeli Administrative State. The Israel security forces commonly also steal Palestinian money at checkpoints, as Middle East Eye editor Daniel Hearst has attested in conversation with award-winning journalist Chris Hedges. Both veteran reporters vouch for the veracity of the shakedown routines.

Silver-tongued Israelis and their Hasbara office at Foggy Bottom (The US Department of State), continue to deny this existential Palestinian reality, framing it as outlier cases. The “most moral military in the world” will investigate … itself.

But Israel is a lattice of lies.

A deception embedded deep in this lattice of lies is that, contrary to most criminal enterprises and individuals, a spectacular democracy like Israel has the absolute ability to investigate itself. Indeed, a report authored by the aforementioned +972 Magazine, “for the human rights group Yesh Din, shows how the main role of Israel’s military law-enforcement system is to maintain the appearance of internal accountability in order to shield itself from external criticism.” (“How Israel plans to whitewash its war crimes in Gaza“)

In this case, the greater goal of Israel’s legal apparatus and jurisprudence is to fend off charges of genocide and war-crimes in international courts of law. Essentially, expect the Jewish State’s stooges to be trotted out to huff and puff indignantly at the very notion that a manifestly lawless thug of a state, whose justice system is complicit in minting maniacal laws in support of unfathomable thuggery and cruelty, is incapable of investigating itself. Antisemitism.

Ultimately, Israel has become adept at narrative, at manufacturing mantras about its unsurpassed morality, this, as it is mired in illegality and criminality. The words people speak, chant, write and tweet; the beliefs they are known to hold, the flags they fly or burn, the symbolic, non-violent ceremonies and rituals they enact, the insignia, paraphernalia; the goose-stepping, Hitler salutes they muck around with—provided no physical aggression is involved (violence against animals included), all this counts as protected speech, licit in natural law.

So long as oddities and idiosyncrasies, whether performed alone or in groups, thoughts harbored privately or shared in public—so long as no violence accompanies such speech or behavior; so long as your mitts stop at the next man’s face (or at the next mutt’s fury face, Kristi Noem): SPEECH. It’s all speech. It should be free, unfettered and as wild and as wanton as can be.

At their worst, expressions of ostensible antisemitism, Naziism, racisms or other antipathies amount to thought crimes, nothing more, if expressed as a belief system severally or collectively, rather than in palpably violent actions.  Whether your thoughts are spoken, chanted, written or preached; be they impolite or impolitic: they are, at worst, no more than thought crimes.

Thought crimes are nobody’s business in a free society. Thought crimes ought to be ferociously protected by a free people. By logical extension, any accusations of antisemitism, Naziism or other antipathies and racisms, are especially suspect when emitted as a meme from American institutionalized power structures.

One such obscenely wealthy and worthless power structure is the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), or Defamation League—a more apt moniker once suggested by Elon Musk, before he joined the ADL in severely censoring some speech on the X platform. The ADL is a meddlesome shakedown operation, in the mold of the Southern Poverty Law Center (“Smear Artists for the Total State,” wrote Tom DiLorenzo). It has taken it upon itself to decide who lives and who dies socially and financially on the basis of the unfortunate individual’s ideas, spoken and written.

In the American tradition, thoughts and words spoken or written that are politically impolite—again, racism; Naziism, antisemitism—retain protected status as speech beyond the adjudication of law-makers, bureaucrats, mediacrats, educrats and technocrats.

Sniffing out racists or anti-Semites is an absolute no-no for any and all self-respecting, libertarian-minded Americans, or any American, for that matter. Like creedal libertarians, Americans don’t, or should not, prosecute thought crimes or persecute thought “criminals.”

Ours should be The Skokie Standard of free speech and thinking (which I articulated in August 2022). What is The Skokie Standard of free speech? In 1978, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) took a stand for free speech by defending a neo-Nazi group that wanted to march through the Chicago suburb of Skokie, where many Holocaust survivors lived. The Skokie Standard of free speech is one that champions unpopular expression, and vigorously defends all marginalized speakers and thinkers, rather than purveying and protecting state and corporate ideology du jour.

Let me repeat what the Skokie Standard of free speech stands for here: However which way they are grouped, the words people individually or collectively speak, chant, write and tweet; the beliefs they are known to hold, the flags they fly or stomp, the symbolic, non-violent ceremonies, rituals and protests they perform; the insignia, paraphernalia, the goose-stepping, Hitler salutes they dick around with—provided no physical aggression is involved, all that counts as protected speech.

Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk, RIP, got it. On May 2, 2024, Kirk wrote the following: “Hate speech does not exist legally in America. There’s ugly speech. There’s gross speech. There’s evil speech. And ALL of it is protected by the First Amendment. Keep America free.”

Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi doesn’t get it. No wonder even Glenn Greenwald, once a practicing constitutional attorney—and a man of manners and decorum—regularly appends “dumb” and “lacking any grasp of constitutional law” to any mention of Bondi, who said this after Kirk’s murder:

The Justice Department would “absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech… There’s free speech, and then there’s hate speech. And there is no place—especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie — in our society,” Bondi told a podcaster likewise cerebrally compromised.

If you thought the nation’s chief law enforcement officer had blurted out on an impulse such promises of unconstitutional hate-speech prosecutions; I’m sorry to say that Bondi only doubled down. In scant regard for the letter and spirit of American constitutional law, she advised employers, on September 15, of their “obligation to get rid of people who are saying horrible things.”

While “The First Amendment doesn’t stop private employers from choosing to fire people for speech; it can be illegal for the government to use its power to pressure a private company into firing a staff member.” In America, not even do celebrations of Kirk’s assassination count as threats of violence or incitement to violence. In fact, “government retribution for speech,” lambasted U.S. District Judge William Young, a Reagan appointee, “is directly forbidden by the First Amendment.”

For our libertarian purposes, moreover, speech should never be defended by deploying a contents-driven defense, such as that a book, an utterance or their author must be spared on account that the person is good and his words are not racist and are against bigotry.

The Argument from Freedom means arguing process, not content. Racism, (alleged) antisemitism or Naziism in targeted literature or in protests should always and everywhere be a peripheral issue. Or, preferably, no issue at all.

The Argument from Freedom means arguing not over the contents of publications like Mein Kampf or the merit of protests for Palestine, but for their publication and practice irrespective of their contents. Which is why I say freedom’s argument is an argument from process, not content.

Freedom makes the case for an unfettered free market in ideas, good and bad. Freedom argues for politically impolite books to be published and read freely. It demands that all offensive literature be available to the free men and women who inhabit the free society. And not because of history; so that we don’t forget it or repeat it. Rather, freedom needs no justification. It is an end unto itself. You are deficient in American solidarity if you don’t stand up for non-violent protest and all speech.

Liberty is a simple thing. It’s the unassailable right to shout, flail your arms, and verbally provoke people in power, unmolested. Tyranny is when those small things can get you assaulted, incarcerated, injured, deported, even killed.

Ultimately banning books or proscribing speech and speakers as the kangaroo courts of Britain, Europe and Canada do legally, assumes a lack of choice and agency among ostensibly “free” human beings. It’s also predicated on the acceptance of a higher authority which decides for the rest of us which cultural products are fit for our consumption.

I thus put it to you, dear reader, left and right, that speech restrictions stateside in the form of the Antisemitism Awareness Act mirror the worst of British and western Europe’s anti-speech tribunals. Tabled by a Republican and a Democrat, S. 4127, which mercifully is still in committee, would embed state agitprop throughout American education. For posterity. Aside being in violation of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, the Antisemitism Awareness Act would utterly enervate discourse in our country and criminalize vast tracts of speech as well as proscribe actions that are licit in constitutional and natural law. 

Left, Right and libertarian; we can and must, then, join in unapologetically rejecting the very idea of policing, purging, persecuting or prosecuting people for holding and expressing politically unpopular ideas in action or in speech.
